CLASS AND TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS
Individual or Personalized Group Training:
Individual and personalized group training available based on your goals! Trying to lose weight? Training for a competition? Cross-training for a sport? Contact us to set-up an appointment!
Adult Boot Camps:
Group boot camp held outdoors and in the heated garage/box gym. Designed to push you to your limits! We utilize everything from atlas balls, ram rollers, battle ropes, BOSU balls, rower, air bike, ski-erg, plyo-box, pull-up bars, medicine balls, wall balls, and everything in between! This class is challenging but can be modified to any level and capability. Beginners welcome! Having fun is guaranteed!

'Becoming Badass' Program:
"Let today be the day that you give up who you've been for who you can become."
What are your goals? Do you want to lean up? Bulk? Gain more muscle? Get stronger? Feel healthier? This program is about your personal goals and helping you to achieve them! Nutrition counseling, accountability group, weekly weigh-in, body composition analysis, and awesome friends to keep you going strong!

'Beyond Badass' Program:
"Let today be the day that you give up who you've been for who you can become."
The "Beyond Badass" Program is a small group strength training program. One-hour strength training session two-three times per week with a focus on both upper and lower body. Six people or less in each session!
6-week program!

Youth Ninja Warrior Program*:
Our Youth Ninja Warrior program is for all ages! Build strength, agility, speed, flexibility, tenacity, mental toughness, and overall athleticism as we work on fun drills and obstacles! This program is not just for kids!

Traditional Vinyasa Style Yoga:
Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. This class is a great way to boost strength and flexibility.

Stretch & Mobility:
Avoid injuries, increase mobility, and target the deep fascia of your muscles. You need this!

Youth Fitness & Games:
Our Youth Fitness & Games class will keep your kids active! The main goals of this class are fun and fitness. Bodyweight exercises, games, and obstacles will help keep your kids mentally and physically healthy!

Tuesday and Thursday Afternoons from 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Chisel and Burn:
Full Body workout incorporating short bursts of cardio, strength training, core and conditioning. This class is designed to build strength and endurance while sculpting lean muscle and having fun!

Competition Training - DEKA, HYROX, OCR:
Our DEKAFIT Training class is for those who are training for a DEKAFIT competition or who are interested in getting better at "functional fitness". Training will focus on the 10 DEKAFIT stations, including Ram Roller Reverse Lunges, Rower, Box Jump/Step-Overs, Wall Ball Sit-ups, Ski-Erg, Farmer's Carries, Air Bike, Dead Ball Over-Shoulders, Torque Tank Push/Pull, and Ram Roller Burpees. Training for HYROX and OCR competitions will also be included. This is typically a WOW (workout of the week) that you will do on your own during the designated time with instructor guidance.

Cardio HIIT:
Our Cardio HIIT class will combine short bursts of intense exercise with periods of rest or lower-intensity exercise.

Our Strength, Tone, & Core class will combine strength-based exercises followed by a cardio burst focusing on the same muscle group.

Strongman/Strongwoman:
Our Strongman/Strongwoman class will boost strength and endurance through the fun and exciting sport of Strongman! This class combines functional strength and odd object lifting with cardio for a total body workout.
