CLASS AND TRAINING DESCRIPTIONS

 

 

Individual or Personalized Group Training:

Individual and personalized group training available based on your goals!   Training for a competition?  Cross-training for a sport?  Contact us to set-up an appointment!

Adult Boot Camps:

Group boot camp held outdoors and in the heated garage/box gym.  Designed to push you to your limits!  We utilize everything from atlas balls, ram rollers, battle ropes, BOSU balls, rower, air bike, ski-erg, plyo-box, pull-up bars, medicine balls, wall balls, and everything in between!  This class is challenging but can be modified to any level and capability.  Beginners welcome!  Having fun is guaranteed!

  • Monday Evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm

  • Wednesday Evenings from 6:00 - 7:00 pm

  • Tuesday and Thursday Mornings from 5:00 - 6:00 am

  • Sunday Mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 am

'Beyond Badass' Program Add-On:

"Let today be the day that you give up who you've been for who you can become." 

The "Beyond Badass" Program is a self-led small group strength training program.  Workouts are programmed through our Trainerize app.  Sessions typically include Lower Body, Upper Body, and Core strength routines.  The Trainerize app will allow you to keep track of weights, reps, and your progress.  This program is specifically focused on strength training.  For optimal results, we highly recommend supplementing it with additional functional fitness or cardio classes, like Boot Camp, or incorporating cardio sessions independently outside of the program.

Youth Ninja Warrior : 

Our Youth Ninja Warrior class is for ages 5 to 13!  Build strength, agility, speed, flexibility, tenacity, mental toughness, and overall athleticism as we work on fun drills and obstacles!  

  • Monday Evenings from 6:30 - 7:30 pm

  • Sunday Mornings from 9:00 - 10:00 am

Mobility & Stretching: 

Avoid injuries, increase mobility, and target the deep fascia of your muscles.  You need this!

  • Monday Evenings from 7:30 - 8:00 pm

  • Wednesday Evenings from 7:00 - 7:30 pm

After School Youth Fitness & Games: 

Our After School Youth Fitness & Games class will keep your kids active!  The main goals of this class are fun and fitness.  Bodyweight exercises, games, and obstacles will help keep your kids mentally and physically healthy!

  • Monday and Wednesday Afternoons from 4:00 - 5:00 pm

Competition Training - DEKA, HYROX, OCR: 

Our DEKAFIT Training class is for those who are training for a DEKAFIT competition or who are interested in getting better at "functional fitness".  Training will focus on the 10 DEKAFIT stations, including Ram Roller Reverse Lunges, Rower, Box Jump/Step-Overs, Wall Ball Sit-ups, Ski-Erg, Farmer's Carries, Air Bike, Dead Ball Over-Shoulders, Torque Tank Push/Pull, and Ram Roller Burpees.  Training for HYROX and OCR competitions will also be included.  This is typically a WOW (workout of the week) that you will do on your own during the designated time with instructor guidance.
